July 7th and 9th





I worked out and ran both of these days. I didn't really type afterwards because I kept myself busy by staying active by diving into random things.

I worked out upper body and legs as well. I ran for about 20 minutes on the 7th and on the 9th I ran for about 15 minutes after working out for a while. I was too tired to work out on the 8th and I don't want to work out on today during the 10th and 11th. I will probably start working out three days a week since resting is just as important. I haven't gotten that much rest.

Next week is suppose to be my rest week, so I won't do anything. Maybe I will run though. My rest periods gives my muscles time to rest and allows me to dive into other activities.

July 4th and 6th

July 4th:

I performed one set of three reps of every body part. Mainly ab work.



July 6th:

My weight fluctuate since I am eating regularly again.

It's about the start of the fourth week of my grueling training sessions. Today I worked out my upper body and ate a wholesome breakfast. Scrambled eggs with spinach and onions with a side of cherry tomatoes and Oranges. It really sparked up my morning after the work out.

I just went on a 20 minute run and sprint up hill for about 2-3 minutes. It really wasn't that much but I guess a little can go a long ways. I am beginning to shape up again, but my butt is really huge for a guy. I am trying to shrink it lol I remember the women at my waiter job used to hit it all the time. They were crazy. Oh well.

I'm off to the showers.

I only ran today after work for about 20 minutes. I will post a picture up later.

Today I ate about six times today and rather healthy. The only junk food I had was a few chocolates. I am a choco-holic :(.

I believe that I will be ok and achieve greatness sooner or later.

July 2nd



It's about that time. This is going to be a rather short blog.

This morning I decided to just sleep in and eat breakfast. I did not feel like going to the gym until later. This morning there was to much lightning and thunder happening which just altered my mood greatly. I am afraid of lightining and thunder.

Anyway, I ate my six times a day and it was mainly health foods. That was the greatest part of my day. I worked out for 30 minutes, working out my legs and abs. Then I ran for 15 minutes just to trim and tone my muscles.

I am beginning to see my abs more and my waiste is thinning. One more week of this and I will be much more satisfied.

July 1st.

It's the first of the month!! A lot of new changes have been made today. I bought food and filled up my refrigerator. IT doesn't have meat yet, but I've been to lazy to buy some and there is a bunch of ligthning going on in the morning, so my ass will be staying in until I have to go to work. I am frightened of lighting.

Yesterday I didn't really keep track of what I Was eating but I had to re-new my three month member ship at the gym. I bought some more running shoes that are glorious on my feet. My body is more toned now a days and I believe with the same work outs that my body will be at least close to the point I want it to be.

I ran for about 15 minutes after my upper body work out. It was very fulfuilling and felt really really good.

I will work out tonight after work. I am a bit tired this morning, but I guess I am making up for it due to the lack of sleep last night. I am such a warrior :D

15 days and I've lost around 7lbs. I know it's going to increase tomorrow since I will be getting paid finally. The full amount to. I've been losing so much weight because I am working out and not eating. That's not healthy but I run on spiritual energy I suppose. The time has come to super charge my weight lost and things will go my way. My Busan body is going to be incredible mwhahaha.

I worked out legs today, and of course I will run and reflect on how I am doing things and what I can do to make things better for myself.

I ran for 20 minutes going faster than ever. I can't wait to purchase some shoes. Sounds exciting.

I lost 6 lbs. in two weeks :D OOOH!

Monday morning. MOON DAY!!.. The moon is waxing which makes it a good time to start new work outs and eating routines.

The weight is slowly going down, down, and down. It's happening more rapidly since I am starving myself and on top of that working out twice a day so that my days won't be so boring here in Korea. I love giving myself new projects especially when it associates with the body and mind. I believe that by losing 3 kg, I have lost met my goals. I should create a new goal for the next to week.

I am going to purchase shoes at Itaewon, A city within Korea that sells items for foreign people with BIG FEET!

I will be eating about 3 sandwhiches today and I can't wait to get paid now. I will give myself a big feast. Hard work always deserves a nice reward.

Oh I lost 4lbs. That is not bad at all :D 213lbs - 209lbs = 4!!! This week should be a more rapid weight lost since there is always a breaking point when working out.I might have to poop more lol.

I worked on my abs today for 30 minutes before going out to lay in the sun for about 30 minutes. I might do that again today minus working on my abs. My body really needs to rest. The shoulders on my body are hurting a lot and I've been moving my neck around like Batman lol.

June 25th and 26th






June 26th

I ate turkey sandwhiches, watermelon, wheat chocolate cookies, and other things that are were very delicious and healthy.After my healthy day of eating I ran for 25 minutes outside in the warm night.

I did not hit the weight room since it's my time to take a break from it. I will return to it on Monday. I think I might go today though and concentrate on abs for a about 15 to 20 minutes. Just something to do to get out the house since I am broker than a mothaluva.


June 25th.

I worked out legs today and ran for 25 minutes. I ate peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches. I also ate lots of spaghetti that was very very delicious.!!! So good!

My legs are very much so in shape. I laid in the sun for a while to clear my mind for a little bit. It was very pleasing.


Writing is sucessful.

I am very proud of myself for the hard work I put in for these two weeks. My body really enjoys being strong and healthy.

Just really jotting some notes down after my breakfast-less morning. Right now I am eating some almond flavored cereal to fuel my muscles. I have some pasta on the stove for lunch and dinner. Mmmmmmmm tasty.

I worked out legs ( calf, quads, hamstrings, lower abs, and obliques). :D Yay!

I forced myself up this morning and gave myself a small pep talk, I told myself that I will look like Hollow Form Ichigo someday if I am disciplined and more persistent with my eating plan :D

I just hit the gym to work on upper body, but I didn't even eat yet. That can't be healthy though, but I will eat some cereal after I finish up with my small ab work out to decrease my belly size.

I will have spaghetti for lunch and dinner today. I will probably throw in some carrots or two just to have a healthy snack in-between classes :D. Well, Im off this bitch, may the GOD in me flourish!

I ran a light jog for about 15 minutes. I really don't have much energy since I am running out of food and money. I kind of fucked up, messing with these women and taking them out on dates. I am left with sandwhich meat and ramen noodles lol. It will get much better eventually though because I get paid the full amount next pay-check.

I am teaching myself a lesson though.

Overall my body is shaping up a tremendous amount. I am just looking forward to my waist thinning up again. Women like men with thin waists and the V-Line!

Ok, that's that! I have a taste for lemonade or sweet tea.!!

Another day of strength building!

This morning after a glass of water and a hand ful of almonds I went to work out my legs. It was the usual work out with a few lunges here and there. I actually did not feel like going to work out today since I am exhausted from the lack of food, but warriors never quit.


I ran after work for about 20 minutes, stretched and enjoy my self for a while.
I didn't really eat much today though, well not enough. I will survive though and pay day will be my prize for working out so hard. I just can't wait until I buy some more equipment.


Hot dogs, bread, banana, lettuce, carrots, whole wheat turkey sandwich, water, Gatorade is all that went into my body. That is all. :D I am exhausted, but I am noticing the results!

June 22



Sunday I rested, and began my training again on Moonday!. I feel rather powerful, I hope I don't attract to many cuties. I wouldn't know what to do with all of them lol. NARCISSUS!! I read about him today, he sounded like a pretty neat guy.


I worked out my upper body and did a little more ab work this time. I worked a lot of my lower abs and obliques. My biceps are toning up and I've been growing out of my shirts lately. I guess I have to go shopping again, but for more loose clothes :(.


I ate a banana and almonds for breakfast. For lunch I had a sandwhich, banana, and hotdogs. It's not the best of meals but it got the job done I suppose. This week I will probably live off lettuce and mushrooms since I suck at money management. I told my self I shouldn't had pay for dinner twice during my dates. :P Ah, it was good fun anyway.

After work I ran for about 20 minutes, I had a 5 minute stretch and warm up. Which felt really good. Tomorrow is supposed to be my two-a day.. I will run one mile before my leg work out. I hope I don't die this week since I am trying to replace the fat I've accumulated with muscule. I lose weight rather fast, so In about 6 weeks I will be in the form that I would like the most anyway. Especially if I buy better shoes, I'd be like a GOD lol.

I bought some breakfast food. This healthy cereal that I will eat with a bananna for breakfast. Veggi milk, carrots, onions, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, and some other vegetables. I am not sure why the hell I bought mushrooms, but It seems pretty nice though. The spaghetti should last me a little while since I am burning more energy. Pasta is supposingly good for energy-boosting. I hope to get a blender so I can make more tasty milk shakes like I used to. I am not into the whole whey protien stuff. I tried it but it made me fat because I didn't do it properly. I hate measuring things, so I guess protien powder is out the question. I rather cook chicken and eat almonds instead. :D

June 20th


I am my own inspiration.



It is such a cloudy day today. It is raining and around 8:14pm, I will probably go for a twenty minute walk outside just to get nature and water elements to bounce off my skin for a while.I'll come back for some hot green tea. It's a cool relaxing day, a day to think little.

Yesterday I ran for about 25 minutes. 5 minute warm-up 20 minute run, and a 5 minute cool down run. I think I feel a lot better ending my runs with a light jog instead of just stopping.

I've been eating very healthy throughout the week and working out a tremendous amount. Lately, I've been feeling like a true athlete and it feels quite amazing. When I wear athletic clothes poeple think I am a pro athlete or star from some other country. It's funny and exciting to see.

I did something bad today though. I didn't eat until about 4 hrs after waking up which is not good at all. I was feeling a little sick from all the gas build up in the morning because my body has been acting funny lately. I hope that its getting back to normal. It's probably from all the working out and what not.

When I did have a chance to eat. I ate a sandwhich, salad, carrots, banana, and some chocolate after working out. After my little saturday work out I ate some almonds and drank some water.

So much energy I am putting into my body. It ought to look magnificent in no time.

Pt. 2

I went for a walk in the rain. After walking for about 20 minutes, I decided to fold my umbrella and run for about 10 minutes along the river. After the jog I sat out in the rain and looked at the river for a while. :P Sunday will be a resting day. No working out for me, just chillin :D

It's friday and I am proud of myself for being consistant and disciplined with my weight loss.

I weigh about (96.6 kg)... nah I am making it up right now. I will check my weight tomrrow morning.

Apples and Almonds for breakfast this morning. I may stretch and do some breathing exercises to get my body in-tuned with the air currents today.

Today I'll probably get a whole wheat sub-sandwhich to go. That involves a lot of vegetables and what not. There really isn't much to talk about. I will do the usual 20 minute run after work today.

A little recap on yesterday before I leave. I ran for 15:01 minutes after a legnthy leg work out. After four days of weight training I feel much stronger but I plan on getting a whole lot thinner these coming weeks because I feel better that way.

I ate a good dinner, chicken and salad.

Weight (97.3 Kg) "Didn't really check but that's what I am guessing since my muscles are becoming more advanced. Muscles weigh more than fat.

Yesterday I went for a 20:00 minute jog and it felt faster than usual. I guess I am getting used to the habit of being a bad ass.

I woke up this morning and took a 20 minute walk out into the sun to wake me up. Then I stretched for a while, sat there and visualize the sun giving me strength to start a wonderful day.

This morning after my walk, I ate eggs, wheat bread, blueberries, apples, banana, oranges. I sipped on some water and green tea.

I've just eaten some more apples and oranges, with a few tomatoes to much on for a snack. I'll much on Almonds just before class to raise my energy levels.


After my first class I am set for a healthy lunch....to regain all that has been lost!!

June 17th





I am my own inspiration. I took this picture in Feburary 2008. Below is what I look like now :p. There is always a possibility of obtaining for all that was lost, well in my case, to lose all of what has been gained.

Another day to succeed in my awesome plan for true greatness naturally.

This morning I worked up body as usual. The normal routine, chest, abs, biceps,triceps,and blah blah blah. My work out lasted for about an hour or so. I went to the gym at 11:40 a.m. and got out at around 12:30p.m.

Overall I was sort of not wanting to work out today because I am rather tired, but I am glad that I did. It helps me release alot of stress and helps prevent me from being so bored in this life. I love weight training and looking good.

After work I ran for about 20 minutes as well. So far everything is going accoring as plan.

I ate about 6 times today. Lots of fruits and vegetables and no junk food. :D I am proud of myself. My metabolism is rising because I am practically hungry as soon as the 2 or 3 hr mark. I remember that feeling during college.

Ok, I am off to study food and the things I am going to do to promote my ultimate body. :D

June 16

The training continues and I feel good doing it.

This morning I woke up around 11:00 am and headed to the gym to train my legs. I perform squats, quadricep, hamstring, calf, and leg push exercises. I did about 3 sets with 10 reps each. I also performed a few ab work outs, nothing to special.

Yesterday I went for 20 minute run and this morning I went for a 10:00 minute jog after the run. It feels good meeting the sun in the morning and sweating to release the tension within my soul.

I ate eggs and spinach, cherry tomatoes, wheat bread, apple slices, and drank a side of green tea.

Two hours later I ate 4 small slices of cheese pizza. Oh woooooooooo is me!!!!!!!!! Why oh why?
During my lunch break I will eat a small salad.

I have blue berries,banannas. apples, almonds, water, and a few other snacks to help bind the distances between meals.

Tonight I will go for another 20 minute run again and hopefully I won't chicken out of this one!

Tuesdays and Thursdays= Leg work outs, Running 2 times (Morning and Night) :P
Mondays, Wednesday= Morning run before Upper body work out.
Friday= 20 minute run

I am going to run tonight. May I be blessed by the Gods with infinite amount of warrior energy to gain this perfection I seek. :D Running is pleasant!

The Training Begins




It's June 15th and I weigh about 97kg which is about 213 lbs in weight. I am wondering how I went from 190lbs to 213lbs. I am really thinking it's from moving around and trying a bunch of different Korean foods and not being mindful of what I am putting into my stomach. I've decided to take matters into my own hands and lose this baby tummy that I've gained from eating so much pork and sweets. Other than that, everything else looks great.

I wrote a food journal of different foods that I can eat by color, the time of day to eat them, and everything in between. I want my six pack back and to look like a GOD again. I can't do it without putting in any effort, so I've decided to plan and get things going now.

Yesterday I started the days off by eating not fattening foods in order to fulfill my wishes of becoming a Demi-God at least for July, August, and September. It’s kind of like preparing my body for winter. To hasten things up, I am going primarily vegetarian with a little meat like chicken to fill in the desire for red meat. LEAN meats are where it's at.

After work, I worked, chest, shoulders, back, abs, triceps, and biceps. After each work out I've been eating some almonds and drinking lots of water. I wonder how long this session will last; I hope I am not making it a fad.

Oh well, I was thinking about running twice a day, but that may be pushing it. I have so much time on my hands to get in shape though. Four days a week of working out isn't so bad I guess. If I have 8 good days I am sure I can lose at least 5 lbs or more. I probably will lose more weight since I gain it so damn easily, I can lose easily to.

Doing this helps ground me and helps me look a lot better too. I am already dead sexy, why not surpass that lol.

This is my insight and the beginning to look drop dead sexy again lol. :D My goal is to lose at least 5 -10 lbs with in the span of these two weeks. It’s going to be tough but I definitely know how to re-ward myself.
