
Another day of strength building!
Weight (97.3 kg). At least I am not gaining any. :P
I am my own inspiration.
This morning after a glass of water and a hand ful of almonds I went to work out my legs. It was the usual work out with a few lunges here and there. I actually did not feel like going to work out today since I am exhausted from the lack of food, but warriors never quit.
I ran after work for about 20 minutes, stretched and enjoy my self for a while.
I didn't really eat much today though, well not enough. I will survive though and pay day will be my prize for working out so hard. I just can't wait until I buy some more equipment.
Hot dogs, bread, banana, lettuce, carrots, whole wheat turkey sandwich, water, Gatorade is all that went into my body. That is all. :D I am exhausted, but I am noticing the results!
