
Sunday I rested, and began my training again on Moonday!. I feel rather powerful, I hope I don't attract to many cuties. I wouldn't know what to do with all of them lol. NARCISSUS!! I read about him today, he sounded like a pretty neat guy.
I worked out my upper body and did a little more ab work this time. I worked a lot of my lower abs and obliques. My biceps are toning up and I've been growing out of my shirts lately. I guess I have to go shopping again, but for more loose clothes :(.
I ate a banana and almonds for breakfast. For lunch I had a sandwhich, banana, and hotdogs. It's not the best of meals but it got the job done I suppose. This week I will probably live off lettuce and mushrooms since I suck at money management. I told my self I shouldn't had pay for dinner twice during my dates. :P Ah, it was good fun anyway.
After work I ran for about 20 minutes, I had a 5 minute stretch and warm up. Which felt really good. Tomorrow is supposed to be my two-a day.. I will run one mile before my leg work out. I hope I don't die this week since I am trying to replace the fat I've accumulated with muscule. I lose weight rather fast, so In about 6 weeks I will be in the form that I would like the most anyway. Especially if I buy better shoes, I'd be like a GOD lol.
I bought some breakfast food. This healthy cereal that I will eat with a bananna for breakfast. Veggi milk, carrots, onions, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, and some other vegetables. I am not sure why the hell I bought mushrooms, but It seems pretty nice though. The spaghetti should last me a little while since I am burning more energy. Pasta is supposingly good for energy-boosting. I hope to get a blender so I can make more tasty milk shakes like I used to. I am not into the whole whey protien stuff. I tried it but it made me fat because I didn't do it properly. I hate measuring things, so I guess protien powder is out the question. I rather cook chicken and eat almonds instead. :D
