Just really jotting some notes down after my breakfast-less morning. Right now I am eating some almond flavored cereal to fuel my muscles. I have some pasta on the stove for lunch and dinner. Mmmmmmmm tasty.
I worked out legs ( calf, quads, hamstrings, lower abs, and obliques). :D Yay!
Pt.2
I ran for a good 20 minutes, but I ran faster than usual to burn more calories. So peaceful!
