
Weight (97.3 Kg) "Didn't really check but that's what I am guessing since my muscles are becoming more advanced. Muscles weigh more than fat.
Yesterday I went for a 20:00 minute jog and it felt faster than usual. I guess I am getting used to the habit of being a bad ass.
I woke up this morning and took a 20 minute walk out into the sun to wake me up. Then I stretched for a while, sat there and visualize the sun giving me strength to start a wonderful day.
This morning after my walk, I ate eggs, wheat bread, blueberries, apples, banana, oranges. I sipped on some water and green tea.
I've just eaten some more apples and oranges, with a few tomatoes to much on for a snack. I'll much on Almonds just before class to raise my energy levels.
After my first class I am set for a healthy lunch....to regain all that has been lost!!
Chicken and vegetables for dinner tonight!!
