June 19



It's friday and I am proud of myself for being consistant and disciplined with my weight loss.

I weigh about (96.6 kg)... nah I am making it up right now. I will check my weight tomrrow morning.

Apples and Almonds for breakfast this morning. I may stretch and do some breathing exercises to get my body in-tuned with the air currents today.

Today I'll probably get a whole wheat sub-sandwhich to go. That involves a lot of vegetables and what not. There really isn't much to talk about. I will do the usual 20 minute run after work today.

A little recap on yesterday before I leave. I ran for 15:01 minutes after a legnthy leg work out. After four days of weight training I feel much stronger but I plan on getting a whole lot thinner these coming weeks because I feel better that way.

I ate a good dinner, chicken and salad.
