Oh I lost 4lbs. That is not bad at all :D 213lbs - 209lbs = 4!!! This week should be a more rapid weight lost since there is always a breaking point when working out.I might have to poop more lol.
I worked on my abs today for 30 minutes before going out to lay in the sun for about 30 minutes. I might do that again today minus working on my abs. My body really needs to rest. The shoulders on my body are hurting a lot and I've been moving my neck around like Batman lol.
Ok, I'm tired!!
