It's about that time. This is going to be a rather short blog.
This morning I decided to just sleep in and eat breakfast. I did not feel like going to the gym until later. This morning there was to much lightning and thunder happening which just altered my mood greatly. I am afraid of lightining and thunder.
Anyway, I ate my six times a day and it was mainly health foods. That was the greatest part of my day. I worked out for 30 minutes, working out my legs and abs. Then I ran for 15 minutes just to trim and tone my muscles.
I am beginning to see my abs more and my waiste is thinning. One more week of this and I will be much more satisfied.
