July 4th and 6th

July 4th:

I performed one set of three reps of every body part. Mainly ab work.



July 6th:

My weight fluctuate since I am eating regularly again.

It's about the start of the fourth week of my grueling training sessions. Today I worked out my upper body and ate a wholesome breakfast. Scrambled eggs with spinach and onions with a side of cherry tomatoes and Oranges. It really sparked up my morning after the work out.

I just went on a 20 minute run and sprint up hill for about 2-3 minutes. It really wasn't that much but I guess a little can go a long ways. I am beginning to shape up again, but my butt is really huge for a guy. I am trying to shrink it lol I remember the women at my waiter job used to hit it all the time. They were crazy. Oh well.

I'm off to the showers.

Everyday has a nice song in it to listen to . :D
