The training continues and I feel good doing it.

This morning I woke up around 11:00 am and headed to the gym to train my legs. I perform squats, quadricep, hamstring, calf, and leg push exercises. I did about 3 sets with 10 reps each. I also performed a few ab work outs, nothing to special.

Yesterday I went for 20 minute run and this morning I went for a 10:00 minute jog after the run. It feels good meeting the sun in the morning and sweating to release the tension within my soul.

I ate eggs and spinach, cherry tomatoes, wheat bread, apple slices, and drank a side of green tea.

Two hours later I ate 4 small slices of cheese pizza. Oh woooooooooo is me!!!!!!!!! Why oh why?
During my lunch break I will eat a small salad.

I have blue berries,banannas. apples, almonds, water, and a few other snacks to help bind the distances between meals.

Tonight I will go for another 20 minute run again and hopefully I won't chicken out of this one!

Tuesdays and Thursdays= Leg work outs, Running 2 times (Morning and Night) :P
Mondays, Wednesday= Morning run before Upper body work out.
Friday= 20 minute run

I am going to run tonight. May I be blessed by the Gods with infinite amount of warrior energy to gain this perfection I seek. :D Running is pleasant!
