Day 1 out of 20

I've been putting in work since 2/9/2014 and it's March 5, 2015.

I have yet to lose the 20 lbs that I have intended on losing by March 25, 2015. Doesn't look like they'll be happening any time soon but perhaps between 7-12lbs

That's 20 days to make an improvement in order for me to not be a fat whale.  So each day I will try my best to log in my work outs.

By making smarter choices and eating lots of fish, fruits,  vegetables, whole grains, I can reach my goal while working out or exercising 5-6 days a week.

Weight (That Gut)

Usual Weight: 220
Weight: 245-249lbs
Weight Fluctuation: +29lbs since November 2013
Goal: 235lbs - 10-15 lbs
Long Term Goal-210 lbs

A Brief summary of food: 3/4/2014

Burger King (2 breakfast burrito, coffee, tater tots)
Subway (6 inch sub sweet onion chicken)
Chipotle (Chicken burrito with brown rice in a white tortilla)
Sweet and Sour Candies
Water
Chocolate Milk
Pudding bowl

Brief summary of work outs:
1 mile run to the gym (Cardio mileage will grow when the weather is better)
Day 1&4 - Chest, Triceps, Abs
Day 2&5 - Legs,Calves, Biceps
Day 3&6 - Back, Lats, Shoulders
Day 7 Rest  (Usually Saturday or Sunday)

Re-Shape

I am going to look sexy again. Just you wait and watch.

I've decided to finally stop messing around and get my self together. It's not that I am obese or anything. It's just that I am not in the shape that I want to be in. I believe I can do it again. I believe I can become the warrior soldier that I ought to be.

The first steps I am taking is to create the rules.

No Junk food. That means no fried foods, chocolates, sodas, fruit juices,, candies... (only a few actually)

I'm inclined to eat natural foods and anything that fits in the healthy category of my diet.I have a big list of foods that I can eat. I also have a huge list of exercises that I can perform to get in-shape. CARDIO is going to be the most important thing that I will take part of since it helped trim me up last time.

There is always a first day to anything.

I sometimes hate the fact that my body really wants to gain weight and how easily it does it. So I have to be extra careful and disciplined if I am to reach my goals within the next month.

Today for breakfast I had some whole wheat cereal topped off with honey, 2 oranges, and some water. For lunch I made some delicious tuna pasta salad made with Rotinni twist noodles, I added lots of mayo- which is probably a bad thing making it just as bad as terrible food. I will just add olive oil next time. Then I had some seaweed soup and almonds as a snack between meals. As for dinner, I had Kimchi Gimbab and Kimchi Mandoo. An apple two hours after that while I was playing a game. My late night snack happend to be tasty two beef hot dogs, hot chocolate, and a little bit of tuna pasta salad.

As I grow accustomed to eating healthier I will see the improvements and feel a billion times lighter and faster. I kind of bulked up in the gym and I hope to just weigh a little less and toned down the muscles. I like being lean, makes me look younger and less intimidating to the children.

July 7th and 9th





I worked out and ran both of these days. I didn't really type afterwards because I kept myself busy by staying active by diving into random things.

I worked out upper body and legs as well. I ran for about 20 minutes on the 7th and on the 9th I ran for about 15 minutes after working out for a while. I was too tired to work out on the 8th and I don't want to work out on today during the 10th and 11th. I will probably start working out three days a week since resting is just as important. I haven't gotten that much rest.

Next week is suppose to be my rest week, so I won't do anything. Maybe I will run though. My rest periods gives my muscles time to rest and allows me to dive into other activities.

July 4th and 6th

July 4th:

I performed one set of three reps of every body part. Mainly ab work.



July 6th:

My weight fluctuate since I am eating regularly again.

It's about the start of the fourth week of my grueling training sessions. Today I worked out my upper body and ate a wholesome breakfast. Scrambled eggs with spinach and onions with a side of cherry tomatoes and Oranges. It really sparked up my morning after the work out.

I just went on a 20 minute run and sprint up hill for about 2-3 minutes. It really wasn't that much but I guess a little can go a long ways. I am beginning to shape up again, but my butt is really huge for a guy. I am trying to shrink it lol I remember the women at my waiter job used to hit it all the time. They were crazy. Oh well.

I'm off to the showers.

July 3rd


I only ran today after work for about 20 minutes. I will post a picture up later.

Today I ate about six times today and rather healthy. The only junk food I had was a few chocolates. I am a choco-holic :(.

I believe that I will be ok and achieve greatness sooner or later.

July 2nd



It's about that time. This is going to be a rather short blog.

This morning I decided to just sleep in and eat breakfast. I did not feel like going to the gym until later. This morning there was to much lightning and thunder happening which just altered my mood greatly. I am afraid of lightining and thunder.

Anyway, I ate my six times a day and it was mainly health foods. That was the greatest part of my day. I worked out for 30 minutes, working out my legs and abs. Then I ran for 15 minutes just to trim and tone my muscles.

I am beginning to see my abs more and my waiste is thinning. One more week of this and I will be much more satisfied.
